I have got a unit at Bedok South Ave 3 near Tanah Merah MRT with the big aircon rooms. 8 minutes walking distance from MRT. I need 1 man to stay in the common room starting from 1st December 2012, if you prefer to live in a nice and clean room. Three persons are sharing. All with one new single bed and one new single mattress. Available to cook. $340 + PUB sharing per month. PUB sharing will count according to the number of the people who live in the whole unit.
